DeltaSigma Sport are a Brazilian racing team currently competing in the Fantasy GT3 Supercup.
The team initially began life as two separate entities, Delta and Sigma who competed in the FF4M Sudam championship from the series inception in 2012. Both teams enjoyed some success in the championship.
In 2012, Delta ran with two Brazilian drivers in Nicolas Silva and Davi Santos, with Santos finishing the higher in the championship with 10th. Meanwhile, Sigma ran Argentine Martin Cabrera and Chilean Juan Diaz with Diaz finishing 4th in the championship and winning the final race of the season at Interlagos.
For 2013, Delta signed Argentine karting champion Federico Ponte and Brazilian Mario Da Silva, with Da Silva proving the quicker of the two drivers taking 6 Pole Positions and 2 Wins on the way to the Drivers Championship. Sigma meanwhile signed Argentine duo Carlos Dewey and Gabriele Tes, with Dewey scoring 3 points at his home race at the Rio Hondo circuit in an otherwise unspectacular season.
Following the closure of the FF4M SudAm Championship at the end of the 2013 season, the teams decided to merge in order to compete in the international FGT3 series which began in the 2014 Season. The team signed Artem Markelov and Robin Frijns for the campaign, with Frijns scoring a point in his first race, whilst Markelov scored 2 points in what was to be his final appearance with the team at Monza.
With both drivers being called up for the 2014/15 FF2M Asia Season, the team picked Felipe Nasr and Alexander Rossi to represent the team at the final two races of the 2014 season at Macau.
For the 2015 season the team has signed Brazilian FF1M race winner Bruno Senna.
