The 2015-16 FF2M Asia Season will be the eleventh season of the off-season FF2M series. The season will begin on and will take place over seven rounds stretching across the final rounds of the 2015 FF1M Season up to the opening pre season test of the 2016 FF1M Season.
As in previous FF2M Asia seasons, each team was required to field a "Mandatory Choice" driver. In previous seasons this was at least one driver whose passport does not come from Western Europe or the traditional American Motorsport countries (United States, Brazil, Argentina, Canada). However, this was expanded to include all "rookie" drivers from any nationality.
The previous season's champion Cristobal Alvarez is unable to defend his championship due to a rule preventing former champion drivers from taking part in the series. Gojira2 Sport come into the series as defending champions.
