The 1993 FF1M Season was the 37th FF1M Season and the eighth run in the classic format. It will take place in March 2024. Michael Schumacher is the defending drivers champion, whereas FJR are the defending teams champions.
Format[]
The 1993 FF1M Season will feature 14 Rounds from the 1993 Formula One World Championship.
At the start of the season teams will receive 50 credits sponsorship to add to their remaining budget from 1992 and prize money from the 1992 season. With this money team owners will take part in a silly season to determine their two drivers and also bid for engine manufacturers.
Teams will retain the chassis constructor from the 1992 season where possible.
Team principals will be able to develop their cars through two quizzes based on the 1993 Formula One World Championship, one before the season starts and another in the middle of the season.
Changes[]
- Race calendar expanded to 14 races
- As in the 1992 season teams may invest in technological advancements which offer high performance gains but with downsides such as added unreliability. Teams can reduce the effects of the downsides by taking part in quizzes. With the 1993 season, a fourth Technology was implemented and the ability to earn extra munny was removed:
- Pit to Car Radio - Increases reliability
